ELEGANT ANEMONE

Photographing on the seashore is one of the most challenging places to work in. Sand and seawater are the most damaging elements for any camera. I spotted these anemones in this tiny little rock pool below the tripod leg. It was in deep shadow. I also had the bright harsh light of the sun to deal with. Flash is the best option when working in rockpools it freezes movement and provides light to illuminate the subject.

Rockpool photography is often challenging trying to manipulate a tripod leg into a suitable position. The flexibility of the Novoflex PRO75 makes it much easier to deal with challenging rock positions while providing perfect stability.
